After his ALS diagnosis in late summer of 2022, Carlos Emilio Morgner sadly lost his battle with the disease in March of 2023. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, and "Boss".

ALS is a progressive degenerative disease that affects a person's neuro system. There is currently no cure and there are very limited treatment options. Doctors are only able to help those who suffer from ALS by managing their symptoms. 

In Carlos's honor, we'd like to help in the search for a cure and ultimately create a world without ALS. Your donation today will make this possible. All the money raised goes directly to the ALS Network, a top-rated nonprofit organization. The ALS Network, formerly ALS Golden West, gives direct assistance to patients who are suffering from this disease. They also provide funding to raise awareness and research to combat ALS. 

In addition, the ALS Network provided direct support to Carlos and his family - they were a daily resource pertaining to a variety of subjects related to ALS, they directly collaborated with the hospitals, and they organized support groups for family members and friends.
