This is one of our last pictures of our father Bernie... he found a way of telling us how he felt even though he could no longer talk. 

Please support our family's Walk team, Sticker Planet's Bunch for Bernie, to help us fight ALS, the disease that claimed our father.  Bernie and our mother Selma founded our sticker store, Sticker Planet, in 1992, and their inspiration continues to bring joy every day to people who visit our retail store and website.

ALS is a devastating disease. It robs people of their ability to walk, talk, write and swallow - all while their brains are fine and they know exactly what is happening to them. There is no known cause or cure, but research is progressing and stem cell research is very exciting!  Bernie did his part to help find a cause and a cure - he participated in trial drug studies even though he knew a cure would not come in time to help him personally - and we must continue to do all we can so others won't have to suffer with this disease.

The ALS Network is a wonderful organization. We don't know what we would have done without their support, information and understanding.
