Maria is the heart and soul of our family, a woman whose kindness and strength have touched everyone who knows her. She's always been the one to bring people together, whether it's through her beautiful smile, her delicious home-cooked meals, or her unwavering support in times of need. 

Maria has always been strong, but ALS has tested her in ways none of us could have imagined. Even though this disease has taken so much from her physically, it hasn’t touched her spirit. She still faces each day with more courage and resilience, and she continues to inspire everyone around her. 

Maria is not just someone with ALS—she is a fighter and the main source of love and strength in our lives. We are walking for her to share her story in hopes of raising awareness to ALS and to contribute to a future where no one else has to go through this. Now, it is our turn to fight for her and to show support because she has always, without a doubt, always been there for us.
