About the Event
The 10th annual Jim Tracy 5K, Walk & Roll to Cure ALS is a one-day community event for runners and walkers of all levels. We offer a timed or untimed 5K race, as well as a 1 mile walking/rolling route (untimed) in Golden Gate Park near Pioneer Log Cabin and Blue Heron Lake (formerly Stow Lake).
Join us and register today as we come together as a community to cure ALS in Jim Tracy's memory, for all of those we have lost, and to all of those we are running in honor of now.
If you are unable to join us in Golden Gate Park for the 2024 Jim Tracy 5K, Walk & Roll to Cure ALS, we encourage you to register as a virtual participant and participate YOUR WAY from wherever you are in the world and help us raise much-needed funds for our ALS community.

Directions & Parking
The 2024 Jim Tracy 5K, Walk & Roll to Cure ALS will start and finish at the Meadow near Pioneer Log Cabin and Blue Heron Lake in Golden Gate Park (2 Blue Heron Lake Drive, San Francisco, CA 94118).
Parking is available around Blue Heron Lake from the MLK Drive entrance. From there, it is a short walk to the Meadow where you will see us. Alternatively, there is street parking on Fulton.

Online registration will close at 12:00 PM PDT on Saturday, April 27.
Race day registration will be available at the event on Sunday, April 28, 2024.
